Embodied and preserved in this wine are the traditional values of the countryside and its people, dating back to the days when the changing of the seasons was marked by the migration of the flocks from one pasture to another, and the lives of the countryfolk followed the pace of the herds along their tracks.
This is an austere wine, obtained from the separate vinification of Troia grapes. It conserves the body and structure typical of the variety, as well as remaining fresh on the palate and eminently drinkable.
